We provide engineering and consulting services on the elaboration and/or review of reports and electrical technical specifications focused on protection systems. We can develop schematics and single-line diagrams of electrical systems, perform review of power systems models and studies representing customer on technical protection electrical studies provided by third parties. We base our evaluations and recommendations on best industry engineering practices and International Industry IEEE standards.
- Consultation services in support of equipment specifications and selection
- Consultation services in protection scheme engineering design and implementation
- Engineering representation (Owners engineer) on external proposals and/or projects related to new installations or expansion of existing protection system, and for specialized studies review related to power plants, transmission, distributions or Industrial systems
- Evaluation of existing maintenance and testing plans focused on protective equipment
- Development or update of existing customer system oneline diagrams
- Modeling of electrical systems in computational tools for conducting electrical studies (Power Flow, Short-Circuit, Protection Coordination, etc.)
- Evaluation of the existing electrical protections in transmission, distribution, industrial and/or generation systems based on best engineering practices and applicable international standards (ex: IEEE, IEC).
